What a Nuisance

And now we know why Nicole was so out of sorts yesterday, and today, and probably every day until. . .

June 14.

I thought you sent them a copy of the Humanure Handbook and educated them, Nicole. And all was well because you did their job for them.Β  No?

I guess they want to know what you are doing with the contents of the bucket when it’s full, too.

  1. LMAO

Why is she not named on it her name was on the complaint

  2. That is exactly what I thought. I hope Breckinridge County gets tired of playing with them and throws the book at them.
How’s things working out for you there Nicole? I guess you showed them!

  3. @Old time farm girl , she probably isn’t named on the lease.

  4. And there is the proverbial piper…time to pay for your poor choices…. Just like the rest of us, YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL, YOU DO NOT DESERVE SPECIAL TREATMENT!

  5. Hopefully there will be court watchers again so we get the true outcome of the case. Not the humanure that Joecole spew.

  6. The first trip to court will be for him to plea not guilty and ask for a trial.

So waste of time for court reporter this time IMO

  7. Those poor kids. Another dumbass storm to weather.
Just how will Nicole and Joseph tie this into unschooling?

  8. Great news! What a Blessed Relief for all those suffering from the Naugler adults continual abuse. Also NN’s last Vlog becomes less confusing with the possibility of JoJo going ‘up the river’. Wonder if that’s what she was seeing in that vid. Sure hope so.

  9. Those poor kids. It makes me want to cry. This is just another reason to fear and hate society. πŸ™

  10. Failure to comply….
But I thought they were doing everything right…I thought they compost. I don’t think anyone should trust anything they post.

  11. I guess at least this means the place was inspected without violence…that’s something I suppose.

  12. They categorize things. This is filed under: “Why the government is out to get you”.
There is some crossover, but generally, it’s child labour and whenever the kids play or express normal curiosity that’s filed under “unschooling”.

  13. LMAO….Joe just busted his probation !!!!
    πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
    Hahhhaaaahahaaaa πŸ™‚

  14. Magenta I do not think the inspection was done. I am fairly certain they refused it. Therefore the health department and county attorney had no choice but to set a court date.

  15. Haha jokes on you. You don’t hand someone who knows the manual, the manual. Dippy. Haha poo on you

  16. Maybe an inspection was done.
Remember that post by Kyle a few weeks ago about people sneaking onto the property?
Well it might have been the people who inspect shit.

  17. FB Refugee,
Joe’s Probation Officer HAS to enforce it. He is required by law to report this back to the Commonwealth Attorney Office.
    A deal is a deal…remember….LOLS

  18. Well, the normal Naugler modus operandi is to skip town before matter really hits the fan and bank on no one wanting to go through the money and trouble to prosecute, but I doubt they could. They’ll probably have to move and remain in state. If the sewage is as bad as they’re trying hard to keep from showing, they probably won’t be able to remain living there. It has been a life altering year for them. CPS, a whole lotta money given to them, menacing, no more money, goats, probation and a whole lotta doodoo. They haven’t been found to be in the right once, even including the return of their children (physical custody?).

The only thing they can do is complicate the process, try to find a new place to live and enjoy their delusions while they last.

  19. My best guess is Joe’s Probation Officer will have to re-arrest him, book him, bail out ( if a judge set’s bond) then set a Hearing for a Probation Violation. Then it all goes from there.
The outcome would depend on the DEAL Joe signed off on when he took the Alfred Plea. But none of that will happen until this June 14th Arraignment.

Funny thing about Kentucky’s Legal System once your in it is very hard to get out. Especially for people like the these folk’s who buck the system at every turn.
But one day they will learn…the State will teach them. Hahahahaaa

  20. Sculder&Mully – “They’ll probably have to move and remain in state.”

I really hope they have to move. It will be good for the kids to finally leave that horrible homestead. Maybe the can find something more habitable. I am sure the kids will be happy about that.

  21. My big concern is where on earth are two people with criminal records, craptastic credit, and 12 kids going to find to live? I mean, it doesn’t get any worse than a hut full of sticks, and any landlord is going to google them, right?

  22. CJ,

Ideally I wholeheartedly agree with the hope that they find a more habitable place to live. But realistically it is unlikely that they will be able to do so and remain together as a family. Their reputation for ruining their past homes and even now essentially ruining undeveloped land will make it likely impossible. Foster homes may be the only possibility as the parents will be unable to provide adequate shelter (not that they have had adequate shelter). The parents will have to remain accessible to the court while guilt or innocence is determined and being homeless may factor into their flight risk determination.

  23. Excuse my language but what a clusterf*ck! It’s hard to get your head around all the never ending screw ups Joe and Nicole Naugler have heaped upon their kids. Now the poor babies might end up on the streets and have to eat their parents ideals for breakfast. πŸ™

  24. and once again its the kids who wind up with the shit end of the stick

  25. I don’t know what to say..I can only think about 11 children with parents that don’t think about what to do about the future for living humans.
    what will they become?

  26. #shedontknowshitaboutshit

  27. I hope the animals aren’t left behind to free range (be eaten by predators or hit by cars) or penned up to starve.

Presumably the state has an interest in the well-being of the children.

  28. Old joke:

Jack Schitt is the son of Awe Schitt and Oh Schitt. Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married Oh Schitt, the owner of the Kneedeep Schitt Inn.Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt and they produced six children. Holy Schitt, their first, passed on shortly after childbirth. Next came twin sons, Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt; two daughters, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt; and another son Bull Schitt.Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. Dip Schitt married Lotta Schitt and they have a son named Chicken Schitt. Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt married the Happens brothers. The Schitt-Happens children are Dawg Schitt, Byrd Schitt, and Horace Schitt. Bull Schitt just married a spicy little number named Piza Schitt, and they are awaiting the arrival of Baby Schitt. Now you can proudly proclaim, β€œI know the true story of Jack Schitt!”

  29. Some landlords will let you rent, no credit check…section 8?. A motel is their best bet. There are so many occupancy laws, they need a basement in a home, a bed for each kid, girls and boys seperated. Why not just get an Rv

  30. My Ol’Man and I are sipp’in some fine Kentucky Bourbon tonight with some family and friends.
My sister’s Racing Barn is “Celebrating” Six 1st place wins.
Just wanted you to know Kaylee we are laughing our asses off at your old joke.
The Trainer and Groomer have made it into a RAP’in Song…..LOLS.
    Thanks for sharing.

    See ya around JackSchitt !!!!
